  • The Spokane County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating 78-year-old Terry Delozier, who was reported missing on March 16 after his family lost contact amid concerns for his well-being; he had mentioned a planned trip to Portland and is described as (5 ft 8, 160 lbs, dark gray hair and brown eyes) and is driving a blue 2007 GMC Sierra (license plate C43261Y).  KHQ
  • Jaskaran Singh, 31, was found guilty of intent to distribute ecstasy after agents seized 173.7 pounds of drugs worth over $7.8 million near Fourth of July Creek Road; his sentencing is set for June 25 and he faces up to 20 years+ possible deportation.  KHQ

  • Spokane Transit carries 34,000 trips every day and has added two new double-decker buses largely funded by state and federal grants to cut congestion and reduce emissions.   • Spokane Regional Health District improved its data work during COVID-19 to track outbreaks like Shigella and whooping cough—helping the team respond to health threats.
