- ➤ A silver alert was issued after 78-year-old Terry Delozier (with dementia and missing his medication) was last seen leaving Dishman Rd in Spokane Valley at 6 a.m. on March 18 and officials believe he is heading toward Portland. KHQ
- ➤ U.S. Marshals arrested 34 year old Fredric G. Hamberg on Tuesday near Lincoln Road and north Division Street in Spokane after a drive-by shooting investigation linked him to firing into his former girlfriend's vehicle — he faces felony charges of second degree assault, unlawful firearm possession and domestic violence. - ➤ On March 18, nine student performers at Gonzaga shared personal stories at the Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center during the 15th annual Diversity Monologues event—hosted by the Unity Multicultural Education Center. - ➤ The Washington State Department of Natural Resources planned a prescribed fire on 422 acres near Lake Spokane Campground—located by Highway 291 and Corkscrew Road—to reduce wildfire risk and restore forest health. - ➤ Dishman Hills Conservancy bought a 12 acre Keystone Connection Property to connect its Glenrose unit and Dishman Hills Natural Area, and it will build a new trail there to replace an unofficial path.
