- ➤ The Spokane County Sheriff's Office is searching for 16-year-old Sierra N. Quattlebaum, reported missing on May 12 in downtown Spokane near West 4th Avenue and South Wall Street after she was last seen with a family member at 11:30 p.m., and she is believed to need life-saving treatment (call 911 or Crime Check at 509-456-2233 referencing #10064237). - ➤ Spokane Police responded to multiple 911 calls from the 3300 block of East 11th on South Hill Wednesday, May 14 at 5:15 p.m.—an altercation involving a knife and a firearm led to the deaths of two people while a third is cooperating with investigators. City of Spokane

- ➤ Kevin Measor teaches at Gonzaga and the University of Washington School of Medicine in Spokane where he leads courses in cellular neurophysiology and research methods. - ➤ At a Senate hearing on Wednesday, May 14th, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said federal mine safety research will continue even as the Spokane lab faces nearly all of its 90 workers losing their jobs. Sen.
