  • Bob Ross, longtime Wandermere co-owner and golf pro who supported junior golf with free practice rounds, died last month and will have funeral services on Saturday, June 28 plus a celebration of his life at Wandermere to honor his legacy.  The Spokesman-Review
  • More than 10,000 people marched in Spokane’s Pride parade on Saturday, Jun. 14, 2025, which filled Riverfront Park with vendors and a rainbow of community support—local sponsors stepped in after major companies like Walmart, Verizon Wireless and Anheuser-Busch withdrew amid economic uncertainty.  The Spokesman-Review
