Andy Riccelli announced he secured more than $6 million in state funds for three local affordable housing initiatives — $1.5 million for a Lower South Hill senior housing project, utility fee waivers for nonprofit developers, and $4.7 million to support the VOA Crosswalk youth shelter set to open at the end of August.
