Main Ave. will soon be renovated for new offices for Architects West as 6000 square feet is demolished to install offices, conference rooms, a kitchen, and a small library at an estimated cost of $150,000 according to a remodel application submitted to the city—preserving a piece of local heritage. A vacant lot at 29th and Fiske is planned for a 1900 square feet healthy fast food restaurant by Konala while a 315 square feet walk-up coffee shop will open in the US Bank building at 422 W.
