  • Voters will consider a $440 million tax proposal in November to fund nearly 200 projects that include a new park in the rapidly developing Latah/Hangman neighborhood and plans for an elementary school on shared land—community input will help shape the details. If both ballot items pass, the city and school district will work together to move forward with these projects in the coming years.  The Spokesman-Review
