- ➤ The City Planning Department gathered feedback through interviews, listening sessions (including workshops at Frances Scott Elementary) and open houses to draft the 5th Avenue Community Plan for the East Central neighborhood. - ➤ Spokane power companies advise customers to prepare for extended outages tonight due to high winds expected at 10 p.m. that will peak in the early morning (crews are on standby and recommend stocking up on batteries). KXLY

- ➤ Spokane’s Campbell House in Browne’s Addition received an anonymous $1M donation that will fund a new curator post starting in January and boost community programs, coming just before the Holiday at the Campbell House event held Dec. 18–21 from 12 to 4 p.m. The Spokesman-Review
- ➤ The Spokane Drinks Book brings local drinks culture into focus by showcasing recipes and stories from Spokane’s beverage makers.
