Learn the art of connecting dynamic moves to begin setting up sequencing for working on endurance, musicality, and transitions. Each sequence will typically involve 4-5 moves strung together to help build stamina for longer performances. Appropriate for level 1 silks students with some experience (as your instructor if you're not sure).
