The Wrap

A cowgirl bar now lives where a houseplant bar used to. At the end of September, downtown Spokane's Garden Party, which opened in 2023 and was filled with about 75 houseplants, became Giddy Up or Shut Up. Inside you'll find a wall of Western hats and a row of toy horses in the windows. Yeehaw, indeed.
